Qurantraining is a 4 week home workout plan which you can complete whilst in quarantine with minimal to no equipment. It is circuit style training and can be completed in 20 to 25 minutes. It consists of 10 workouts which are split up over 4 weeks. Week 1 & 3 are a repeat and week 2 & 4 are a repeat. This will strengthen your muscle groups and build endurance over time. It also consists of warm ups & a printable goal setting planner. This program can be completed by beginners right up to advanced trainers.
